Great stressless penthouse flat for a 4-day city trip

Pros: The location of the flat is superb. It has a locked garage in the basement, which takes the stress out of the city. The flat is spacious and up-to-date, although a little bit dated for the price. The terras is fantastic at any moment during the day or night. It can cater for any weather due to an automated sunroof. Agency (around the corner) understands your travel needs and is very responsive and helpful.

Cons: Nothing really.

Pros: Comfortable and well equipped accommodation in an excellent location.

Cons: Use of the balcony during the day was somewhat limited by the roadworks directly below!

Pros: Közel tengerparthoz, látni lehetett a naplementét, itt magasan nagyon szép a látvány

Livet på terassen var värt allt, gott om sittplatser och fantastiska vyer!

Pros: Terassen, läget centralt och nära stranden. Fin gata med bra utbud av restauranger, cafe och livsmedel.

Cons: Lite dåligt med glas om msn är 6 personer och det skulle vara tydligare atttoapper och didkmedelestabletter var få för 5 n och 6 pers. Vi fick köpa till och hade haft med annars kanske.

Pros: Шикарные апартаменты, видно, что кто-то делал для себя, хорошая техника, качественная мебель. Классный вид с веранды.

Pros: Очень хорошая, солнечная, современная, чистая, уютная квартира. Есть все и для длительного и для короткого пребывания. Шикарный вид на Ниццу, расположение идеальное - вокруг много магазинов и ресторанчиков, рядом в 2 минутах ходьбы набережная! Понравилось абсолютно все!

Mooi appartement ideaal voor 6 personen

Pros: Mooi appartement met heerlijk dakterras. Lift aanwezig. Goed beveiligd en zeer schoon gebouw. In de directe omgeving genoeg restaurants om te ontbijten. 2 min lopen naar de boulevard des Anglais en ongeveer 15 min naar het oude centrum.

Rilassante vacanza a Nizza

Pros: Il palazzo curato e silenzioso, è situato in ottima posizione vicino alla Promenade, in un contesto piacevole con supermercati e negozi. L'appartamento è spazioso con un bellissimo terrazzo. I letti sono comodi e il box privato è una bella opportunità. Buona la pulizia.

Cons: Scomodo il wc alla francese, che potrebbe invece essere installato direttamente nella sala da bagno, sufficientemente spaziosa. E' necessario riassortire parte delle stoviglie (bicchieri e tazzine) e qualche pentola in più sarebbe gradita.
