Appartamento bello in un contesto piacevole.

Pros: Appartamento spazioso e confortevole situato in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla sulla collina, a circa 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Nizza. Bella terrazza. Angolo cucina ben attrezzato. Buona dotazione di stoviglie.

Cons: L'appartamento e l'arredamento sono abbastanza nuovi, ma la manutenzione e la pulizia dovrebbero essere un po' più curate, considerato che mi sono stati addebitati 100 euro per questo servizio. Un esempio: non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la cappa aspirante perchè quando l'abbiamo tirata per aprirla abbiamo notato tantissima polvere sulle grate. Inoltre le coperture dei divani necessitano di un lavaggio e le tende interne di essere montate con maggior cura. L'appartamento non è adatto per persone con mobilità ridotta perché per raggiungerlo bisogna scendere due rampe di scale. Auto molto grandi potrebbero avere difficoltà ad entrare nel garage.
