Value for money cosy apartment near Nice Riquer station

Pros: Cosy and spacious flat. Quite large kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and relax outside. Quiet neighbourhood. Nice Riquer is nearby.

Cons: No lift to the third floor. AC could be installed in the bedroom, too.

Pros: Good communication with hosts. Good location, just next to bus stop & train station which gives you options to easily travel to Monaco, Cannes, etc. It's 20min walk from Old Town. The apartment itself is great, modern, well equipped. Heating was working perfectly ( days were not too warm yet). There was nothing I could dislike about it. Also, easy self checking. I will definitely stay there again while in Nice.

Pros: L'appartement refait à neuf, confortable, bien équipé (sauf quelques manques : grille pain, distributeur de papier toilette, porte manteaux entrée et salle de bain, séchoir pour étendre le linge ).

Cons: Le manque d'info dans l'appartement sur l'utilisation des machines, poubelles... Aucun contact avec les propriétaires.
