Very good quality for the price

Pros: Perfect location, super close to most of the city attractions and direct tram going to airport. Very nice and helpful host.

Pros: Everything was clean and cute. The surrounding was amazing, very close to the port. 1 minute to the intermarche. The owner is very friendly.

Cons: I liked everything. I don’t have a thing to complain.

Overall the location made the apartment completely worth it and these small problems didn’t take away from our wonderful

Pros: Clean, and exceptional location - bakery and shop a minute away, the port 5 mins away, and the old town 10. Tim, the owner, was absolutely superb, communicated very well and responded to messages instantly… friendly and very helpful. The apartment was well decorated and the sleeping arrangements were fine. It had all the necessities.

Cons: The apartment was smaller than the pictures made clear, but still a reasonable size. Could have had some more utensils such as better knifes, a chopping board, scissors, etc. but we made do with what we had, and were still able to cook some nice meals. The pillows weren’t the nicest but still had a great sleep. The balcony is more of an entrance and there isn’t any room to sit or spend time out there. But it has a nice view.

Great host and amazing location

Pros: The host was very accommodating to an early arrival as I was travelling all night and arrived a few hours earlier then the allowed check in,Tim was a pleasure to deal with ,always fast to respond to any questions and very friendly to deal with and also the location is perfect ,close to everything!!! I would definitely stay again and recommend the place to a solo traveller or couple who's looks for a place!!

Pros: Super séjour dans ce petit appartement décoré avec goût, à la fois calme et bien placé. Tim est un hôte réactif et charmant.

Le lieu qu'il fallait pour ajouter au plaisir de ce petit voyage à Nice

Pros: Très bien placé pour se balader dans le vieux Nice . Avons pu facilement trouvé une place de stationnement pour la voiture près du logement. Commerces tout proches de la location. Endroit paisible .

Cons: Tout nous convenait sauf la météo mais malheureusement notre propriétaire n'a pu rien faire pour la modifier , nous ne lui en voulons pas....

Super Lage, preiswert, klein und funktional. Eher für jüngere Urlauber geeignet.

Pros: Lage 1a. 2 Gehminuten zum Supermarkt INTERMARCHE, der täglich von 8 - 21 Uhr geöffnet hat. 5 Gehminuten zur Metro S2 ( Flughafen) und zum Hafen. Das Appartment ist zwar sehr klein, aber funktional, modern mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, Bad mit Dusche. Im 2. Stock eines kleinen Stadthauses.

Cons: Das Bett das sehr bequem ist, befindet sich auf der Gallerie, ist nur durch eine sehr steile und recht schmale Holz-Treppe mit 12 Stufen ohne Geländer zu erreichen. Eher für jüngere Menschen geeignet. Nichts für Menschen im Rentenalter, Übergewichtige und/ oder Menschen mit schwacher Blase, die nachts öfter aufs Klo müssen. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank und auch keine Kleiderhaken. Man kann aber seine Kleidung auf eine Couch legen, die sich im Wohngeschoß befindet.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do morza, jak i do dworca. Apartament zadbany i wygodny. Właściciel przemiły i pomocny! Bardzo polecam.

Pros: Niedliche kleine, saubere Wohnung in Toplage am Hafen. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber
