Pros: Beautiful views, the apartment got a lot of sunlight in the morning so it was very nice to wake up too. Balcony was private and large. Comfortable bed, good amenities and hot water. Plenty of towels and kitchen was stocked with all of the basics. There’s a little private cove directly in front of the apartment that you can swim in and have a little bathe away from the big crowds at Nice Beach. And a beautiful restaurant on the left of the apartment , 1min walk. That’s a restaurant over the water. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The lack of AC in the apartment in the summer was a bit of a struggle as it was very hot. The apartment had 2 fans, 1 was broken but still worked. However after speaking to the host, they brought another brand new fan for us to use in the apartment the next day which helped. A very minor issue was the drain in the bathroom kept getting clogged after a shower so took a little while to drain.
