Entire Condo in Nice

Clean and comfortable apartment with pleasant views

Pros: Clean and comfortable flat with nice view from the balcony. The owner was very responsive and helpful

Cons: No hot water the fist day but that was quickly sorted out You will need a car or the bus as it is located on a very steep hill

Everything was perfect. We as a family of three very extremely happy and comfortable in this apartment.

Pros: First of all, it’s fully equipped - you feel at home. The kitchen has everything you would ever need: cutlery, pots and pans, toasters, dishwasher and many more. It has an air conditioning so you’ll never get hot. The best parts of the apartment are a panoramic terrace and an outside pool. The bed is good and the sofa-bed as well. The territory is very safe and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Being on a hill offers a very nice view of Nice. When staying in private structures usually I never found such an attention to detail. For example, there was a stamped guide with all the useful information about the apartment as functions of the TV, the shortest routes to reach the center, and other advice. The host, Nina, was very nice and very helpful.

Cons: The only thing that could come to my mind is that the apartment is located not so close to the beach, however, you may always take a bus or a walk wherever you need to. My advice is to rent a car or a bike.

Great for longer stay. Perfect place for a holiday get away.

Pros: Property was clean and ready for use on our arrival. Communication with the host was great and done in a timely manner. Location with beautiful view and a quiet neighbourhood, all necessary stores and transport stations are close by. Appartment was spacious and everything was set up for a comfortable stay such as kitchen and bathroom supplies. Additional plus for us was high water pressure in the shower, decent sized smart tv with lots of channels, big balcony with possibility to enjoy meals with a view, washing machine with a dryer, soft bed matress, polite and quiet neighbours, clean swimming pool and place in general felt like home.
