Pros: Appartement à proximité du tram, de la gare et de la rue commerçante de Nice. La promenade est à une dizaine a pied ce qui permet de bien profiter de la ville sans prendre la voiture.

Cons: Quartier légèrement bruyant par moment.

Cons: El código que dan es el incorrecto la dueña viene y te abre muchas gracias Piso en la planta baja excelente

Cons: Se afla la parter și nu prea poți sta cu ferestrele deschise
