Parfait

Pros: Tout était parfait ! L’emplacement est idéal. Un très bon rapport qualité prix, logement très propre et tou est mis à disposition pour passer un bon séjour ! La communication été fluide autant avec Kathy mais aussi avec Denis. merci à Denis pour l’accueil chaleureux et les bonne recommandation ! Je recommande vivement ce logement nous avons passée un excellent séjour !

Alles perfekt, komme gerne wieder!

Pros: Es war einfach alles super! Die liebevolle Einrichtung, das gut gepflegte Haus, die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand und zur Universität, das Flanieren an der Promenade, die freundliche Kontaktperson (Deny), die gut klimatisierte Wohnung. Einfach alles super!

Pros: Очень уютная квартира с потрясающим видом на Английскую набережную. В квартире есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, капсульная кофемашина, стиральная машина, плита и холодильник. Продуктовые магазины Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour, Monoprix в 15-20 минутах ходьбы. Трамвайная остановка в 5 минутах ходьбы. Пляж напротив через дорогу. Владелица квартиры и менеджер Denis всегда быстро реагируют на сообщения и решают любые проблемы, если они возникнут. Отличное соотношение цены и качества!

Cons: Квартира расположена рядом с оживленной трассой, так что немного мешает шум машин.
