Spacieux Loft Cœur Vieux Nice

Pros: Terrific base for a break. Clean, loads of storage, internet fast and the facilities that you need to do tourist life are at your disposal. There is a bag storage place just round the corner. Communication from Anthony is warm and the right level of informative. I’d recommend getting a set of ear plugs as the area can be a little loud at the weekend (you are right by the bars, so no shock there) and when the cleanup guys are doing their work nearby. 100% recommend!

Pros: Fantastic 10/10 location in the old town which felt secure and private, spacious room with appealing furnishings and the check-in process was very straightforward and simple. It was very nice to have a washing machine, large fridge and TV which made for a very comfortable stay.

Cons: The host messaged a few days prior to my stay informing me the air conditioning was broken and there were 2 replacement fans in the room. This was sufficient for me but it was still very warm in the room. The shower seemed to be clogged prior to my stay, as the water was extremely slow to drain and I had to turn the water off every few minutes to stop it from flooding out. It is also a very small shower!

Nice flat in old town

Pros: The apartment was spacious and airy and nicely decorated. It was in a great location - right in the old town but in a quiet street. There was some noise but not alot. The check in process was really easy and the flat felt secure. The host was really communicative too. It definitely suited me for my stay.

Cons: I had a really lovely stay here but there was no sitting area (just bed and dining table) which for the price was a shame. But overall I would recommend the flat.

Clean and comfortable stay in the heart of Nice Old Town.

Pros: Excellent location, in the heart of the Old Town. The host was very accommodating, the air con wasn’t working, so prior to our trip, our host informed us and left two fans. Clean and very good facilities.

Cons: The apartment is up a few flight of stairs, I didn’t mind this, but something to consider if you’re not able for stairs!

Perfect short stay city break for a couple

Pros: Super location in the heart of the Old Town. Like all these buildings there are generally no lifts, so probably not suitable for people who can’t deal with stairs. Very clean and nicely fitted out.

Pros: Good location and very comfortable. Good for movie nights :)

Cons: The stairs to the apartment are difficult with suitcases or for less mobile people.

Pros: The property was in a lovely location in the Old Town. We had read reviews about the Old Town being too noisy however this little place is tucked away and we didn’t find it noisy at all. The property was clean and the addition of the washing machine was perfect. The air conditioning was brilliant and cooled the room so quickly which was a bonus and welcome after a day in the heat! The host replied quickly, was very friendly and helpful. We would happily stay again!

Pros: Fantastic location, comfortable and modern, AC, great contact with the hosts.

Cons: The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped (more glasses and cups), other than that it was fantastic!
