Pros: Communication with host and check-in was excellent. The location was good for walking to the tram and old town/promenade.Supermarket, bakery, and restaurants nearby. Parking is excellent for only 10 euro per night. Unit spacious and well stocked. Clean. Great to have smooth sliding doors to the patio and a great view of the harbour. Washer and clothesline came in handy. AC is very good. Quiet sleep. Tiled floors were shiny and clean.

Cons: The stairwell and common areas outside the unit were very run down. Bit of a turn-off until you realize it's nothing to worry about. Furniture is uncomfortable, especially the stools that are the most used seats. Upon first arrival, the smell of the cleaner was unpleasant but went away within the first day. The metal kitchen cabinets weren't to my taste, but they worked just fine. An 18-minute flat walk to the train station but knew that when we booked. No big deal.

A great few days in Nice!

Pros: We loved the view from the balcony, it was a great place to sit and enjoy a drink or a snack! The apartment is in a great location and we loved being able to easily explore the city from there. Also there are many lovely restaurants nearby, a good bakery and supermarkets!

Cons: The building were the apartment is situated could do with decorating!

Superbe séjour à Nice

Pros: Superbe séjour à Nice pour la fin de notre voyage en France. Très belle accueille de nos autres. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal avec vue sur le vieux port de Nice. Épicerie, boulangerie et boucherie à quelques minutes à pied. Plusieurs restaurants et bar à proximité. Stationnement privé disponible aussi! À 3 min du tram qui ce rend à l'aéroport. Tout était parfait.

Fantastic view to port and town

Pros: Unglaublich tolle Aussicht und ein geräumiges Apartment haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem Genuss gemacht. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit und schnell erreichbar. Es fehlt an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons: Für grosse Gäste könnte das etwas kurze Bett knapp sein.

Нам понравилось, хозяева были очень приветливы и дружелюбные.

Pros: Чистые простыни , чистые полотенца, 2 кондиционера, лифт) вид с балкона красивый. Кафешки рядом, тихие соседи. Хозяева предоставили нам платную частную парковку, это большой плюс🥰 они отвечали на любые вопросы очень быстро и были очень любезны.

Cons: Не работала стиральная машина, это был большой минус.
