Loft Industriel avec Terrasse et Filet Suspendu à Nice Cimiez

Pros: Very clean and well finished. One single space (was an actual garage) equipment is high quality. And washing facilities very useful.

Cons: Difficult to spot entrance from outside.

Pros: The apartment was amazing. Extremely clean, everything you need is there. The communication with the host was very quick and nice. The area around the apartment ist really nice with great views over the city and nice buildings.

Cons: The location is a little bit further away from the city center and the old town (about a 45-minute walk). However, there is a bus just around the corner that takes you to the old town in 15 minutes, and it’s also very cheap.

Pros: The apartment looks just like it's pictures, it was very nice coming back to it after a full day of walking and being out. The neighbourhood is very pretty and the public transport that goes around the area is fast and efficient. I recommend the place and it's worth the money. 😄

Great stay in a clean, modern apartment!

Pros: We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, modern, and looked exactly like the pictures. Great value for money, easy to reach, and the hosts always responded quickly to our questions. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

Cons: The only small thing we missed was a full-length mirror, although there is a bathroom mirror.

Pros: Appartement très calme, bus proche pour aller dans le centre, grande douche, le filet est agréable pour y lire confortablement, stationnement dans les rues adjacentes gratuit (il faut en revanche chercher un peu par moment).

Cons: l'escalier petit, manque d'une vraie table pour manger.

Pros: Le loft est très bien agencé, super propre, vraiment bien équipé et joliment décoré (les photos illustrent exactement les lieux). Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour d’une semaine et serions restés d’avantage si nous avions pu. Les petits détails comme les toilettes japonaises sont un vrai plus! J’apprécie également arriver et trouver quelques articles de base pour la cuisine et des produits d’entretien. Emplacement calme et néanmoins près de tout, une trouvaille ce loft! Je recommande !

Highly recommend this place.

Pros: Everything was top notch. The apartment looked amazing, the air condition worked great (it was super hot outside). You have everything necessary for staying- the kitchen was in excellent condition, washer AND dryer, the bidet was pampering. The industrial modern decor added a luxury feel. Also, it was a 10 min drive to the center. We didn’t have a problem with parking. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing. The only thing, the check out time was a bit early, by 10am.
