Couldn’t wish for more - perfect

Pros: Accommodation was lovely and as described. High standard of finish, very clean. The host Candie, was so helpful, met us on arrival to show accommodation and was to support at any time if we needed it.

Cons: Great location for us to visit Monaco, great facilities, parking, and in a secure location. Everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely return if staying in the area in the future

Pros: Very functional, well equipped (including some just-in-case extras) and super clean. A bit away from Nice center, but communication options are good. Flexible check in, the host must be the most helpful and nicest in France :)

Cons: Nothing I can think of really.

Pros: Good size apartment for 2. Comfy bed and goid shower. All you need for short stay. Easy contact to the owner. Private secure garage. Close to supermarket and 20 min by car to downtown Nice. Same as pictures. I would stay again.

Apartment was fully equipped, nice and modern. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Pros: It may not be the prettiest neighbourhood but it is quiet and a private, enclosed parking space is a huge advantage. We've had a great time.

Great little studio for couples, close to Nice

Pros: Wonderful little studio with a nice little patio. Candie is a really nice host. There's a dedicated parking spot which is quite useful. The place is close to Nice. It takes around 15-20 minutes to get there by car or taxi. We had a great time here.

Clean, Comfortable and a Great Host

Pros: Very clean and comfortable, excellent communication from host - Candie - before and during our stay, lots of little extras to make stay easy and comfortable, sofa that pulled out into a large and comfortable double bed, short walk to bus stop to get bus into Nice.

Cons: Not applicable, all good.

Pros: We stayed for a week, the property was very clean and the kitchen and the bathroom were very well equipped. The owner was very friendly and was always present when we had questions/issues.

When in Nice, check out this amazing studio!

Pros: This is a lovely studio, fully equipped for maximum comfort. Candie has really done a great job to ensure that guests are super comfortable. There is a coffee machine, snacks and drinks in the fridge. Washing machine is a huge bonus. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The studio has a lovely little yard, great for relaxing. Parking is within the complex, so perfectly safe. Getting to the centre is easy, bus number 14 to Verban and a tram towards Promenade les Anglais. Thank you Candie :)

Must stay - book with confidence.

Pros: Everything!! The host and her daughter are wonderful and we were greeted upon arrival and given the run down on the apartment. The apartment itself is brand new and just gorgeous. It is very clean!! Well appointed with everything you need and even some little surprises in there for us 🥰. Close to Nice. Very safe carpark behind an electric gate. Highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing at all to not like.
