Bright, spotless, and just steps from the shore

Pros: This apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the sea, which made for relaxing morning and evening strolls. Being slightly outside of Nice let us enjoy the Mediterranean charm without the overwhelming crowds, yet everything is still close by. The apartment itself is spotless, bright, and very well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. It offers plenty of space, making it both comfortable and practical. Check-in and check-out were simple, and parking was easy to access. Overall, this is an excellent holiday apartment—comfortable, convenient, and perfectly located.

wonderful family holiday with pool in a quiet location

Pros: The apartment is exactly as described, with high-quality amenities: comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, , powerful shower and the sofa even with electric leg rest. Great layout of the apartment, with a living room and balcony facing the sea, and bedrooms overlooking the gardens , very comfortable and relaxing. The pool is large , perfect for a refreshing dip after coming home and the children enjoyed it a lot too. Secured parking within the residence is very convenient. The location is quiet and convenient to explore French Rivera (15 minutes to Nice center, 30 to Antibes, and 45 to Monaco)

Pros: The location was absolutely great. 2 minutes to the sea. Great for using the buses and trains. Local shops good. We loved the pool so quiet. The accommodation had.most things we needed.

Cons: The accommodation would benefit from some more comfortable dining chairs. Maybe a couple of easy chairs that you could use on the balcony to enjoy the view.

Our family had a very pleasant stay

Pros: Spotless cleanliness and hygiene. The apartment is as described and even more! Beautifully decorated, we felt at home right away. Fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, and even a great selection of books. Convenient parking – definitely a big plus!

Great place to stay and explore the French Riviera

Pros: The host Haichuan was very welcoming and came to greet us on our arrival. The apartment was clean, beautiful, tastefully decorated and across the road from the beach. The host also gave us suggestions for dining. A lot of nice restaurants are at walking distance. There was also a pool which is shared by other apartments. It’s a great place to stay near Nice, which was 15min drive away. There is also a big free parking which came in handy.

Beautiful bright apartment with great view

Pros: The apartment is super clean and the bed is comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood next to the beach and restaurants. Convenient parking and large pool are nice.

A very enjoyable stay, with a very nice host

Pros: Haichuan is a great host! He gave us info and recommendations about everything we asked for and he was always available for answering our questions. Checking in was smooth. The apartment is spacious and the sea view is amazing!

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, bright, comfortable and clean. It was great to have a balcony and air con. There was easy access to secure allocated parking. It was in a good location, just a few minutes walk to a range of beaches, restaurants and bars/cafés one way and a small supermarket and boulangerie the other way. It gave a good base to explore the Côte d'Azur. The owner was quick to respond and very obliging.

Good to stay here

Pros: 1) The host (Haichuan) is very nice and polite, helpfully and good guy 2) Apartment is clean and you can find everything you need in it 3) Location is perfect 4) it offers free open parking for one car 5) it has a nice balcony with view to sea and swimming pool which in sunny days is really enjoyably
