Pros: Location, sea view, decent balcony, light and airy space. Lots of seating.

Cons: Dishwasher didn’t clean properly so ended up washing up. The filter probably needs cleaning. Not enough hooks in bathrooms to hang towels.

Wonderful views; accommodating flat

Pros: The key pick up was tricky Perhaps somewhere in Beaulais sur Mer for a pick up would work better. The option to lock keys in flat at the end of the stay would be good

Pros: Безумно понравились апартаменты ! Чисто . Есть всё необходимое . Шикарный балкон с видом на море ! Всё было идеально ! Обязательно вернусь .

Pros: The location is within 5 minutes walk of restaurants, supermarket, city centre and the train station, but still has a perfect view of the water and the cliffs.

Cons: There is a bit of a musty smell in the apartment on arrival, but it dissipated as we were living there for a few days.

Magnifique vue sur la mer !

Pros: Magnifique appartement, spacieu avec vue sur la mer ! Très bien équipé, proche d'un supermarché. Nous n'avons rencontré personne, pour recupérer les clés c'était digne d'une chasse aux trésors. En voiture et avec internet pour connaître le chemin c'est tout à fait faisable ! Les instructions bien indiquées aussi ! Le parking est de l'appartement même, il faut juste faire le tour du quartier pour stationner à l'arrière du bâtiment. Depuis le parking on a accès à l'appartement.

Cons: La caution de 1000 euro est un peu impressionnante mais j'imagine qu'ils ont du avoir beaucoup de dégâts dans le passé.

Pros: Excellent flat in perfect location. Parking is easy and secure. White linens and towels are quite rare to find in rentals like this. It always feels better than colourful linens.

Cons: I would prefer textile curtains for the living room and bedrooms - it would add more elegance and comfort. The dishwasher programmed only to 1 rather long washing cycle. But these are small things which didn't spoiled our lovely stay. It would be nice to add beach towels.

Pros: Sehr gemütlich, schöner Ausblick, hat gehalten, was es versprach. Leider extrem großer Preisunterschied, was Aufenthalt im Juli/August betrifft, meines Erachtens zu teuer dann. Aber wir kommen wieder..in Vor- oder Nachsaison!

Cons: Wurde am Abflughafen per WhatsApp überrascht, dass ich 1000€ Kaution sofort bezahlen sollte. War davon nicht in Kenntnis.. generell kein Problem, aber nicht kurz vor Abflug bitte...

Pros: Wspaniały apartament z pięknymi widokami na morze z salonu połączonego z kuchnią i na starą część miasta (od strony sypialni). Dwie sypialnie z dwiema łazienkami połączone komfortową częścią wspólną tworzą idealne miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi. Bardzo dobrze skomunikowane, 5 min do dworca i przystanku autobusu linii 607 obsługującej trasę Nicea- Monako i 3 min. do rynku. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, które można łączyć lub spać oddzielnie. Wi-fi i TV, działa bez zarzutu. Bardzo dobra organizacja podczas zameldowania i wymeldowania.

Cons: Brak dobrego czajnika do gotowania wody. Słabo wytłumione ściany powodują, że dochodzą głosy z sąsiednich mieszkań.
