Pros: The location was excellent , next door to a huge supermarket and short walk to train station and numerous restaurants

Pros: Fantastic, friendly, welcoming host, spotless and spacious room, private outdoor space, everything you need for the beach.

Cons: Parking even a small car may take extra skill.

Perfect stay for this location.

Pros: Quiet, homely, well Equipped. Owners very accommodating and welcoming. Easy access to other towns. Supermarket had an amazing stock of fresh produce if you fancy cooking in.

Pros: Very tastefully decorated and very well situated in proximity of Beaulieu’s centre. The apartment feels more like a luxury hotel suite than a mere apartment. We were all well impressed. It’s situated very close to the train station and local beaches. Plenty of nice restaurants in the nearby marina to choose from. Also, a very big plus is the Super U supermarket situated at the ground floor where you can find everything you can think of. The secure underground car park is also a plus.

Pros: Apartment is in great location, very close to all important spots in the city and a big nice super market in the building. The hosts werer very helpful and everything went as expected, definitely can recommend. The city itself is beautiful with a french riviera vibes, great restaurants and cafes.

Cons: The hot/warm water was sometimes not available in the evenings. Parking is nice but fits only medium to small cars, luckily my car barely made it, but I imagine that most people's cars will not fit, this information should be stated on the main page, otherwise there can be some reservation cancellations after people find out the real size of the garage.

Pros: Great spot for train travellers…. 2 minutes from the station but still very quiet, also close to a large supermarket and restaurants and bars. Easy walk to the beach. Everything you need is supplied.

Pros: We visited to attend the Formula E in Monaco. Perfect location 3 min walk to train station , one stop to Villefranche sur Mer beach, three stops from Monaco . Nearby restaurants 5 min walk.

Would highly recommend Beaulieu-sur-mer and this apartment

Pros: Lovely apartment in a quiet location near to the train station and supermarket. Nice terrace with a good view of the hills. Very easy to travel to the apartment by train from Nice airport; and great train connections to Eze, Monaco, etc. Also, just a 10 minute walk to the sea and the start of the beautiful promenade. Hosts extremely welcoming and accommodating; also very easy to communicate with.

Cons: A cutlery holder in the dishwasher would be handy.

Pros: Location is perfect for everything Beaulieu has to offer and only 200m from a station that can take you to most of the other towns and villages along the coast and into Italy should you wish (there's a great market there). Sam is a super super host and attentive to any questions or requests for assistance. Perfect.

Cons: There is a parking space that may be available but it is very small. Not advisable for anything bigger than a Mini or a Fiat 500. That said, the trains, buses and trams are an excellent way to explore beyond Beaulieu.
