Pros: Dominique and his wife were extremely welcoming and very easy to contact. They provided us with helpful suggestions nearby and ensured that the studio apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Pros: Dominique, the host was very welcoming and I had a pleseant stay! Room was neat with washing machine as well as a fully functioning kitchen and nice bed.

Pros: Beautiful apartmant in a quiet neighborhood. It is clean, the bed is comfortable and the apartment has fully equipped kitchen. The hosts are wonderful.

Pros: Hosts Dominique and his wife were very helpful and quick to reply to all questions. They gave us good instructions on how to get to the property and also gave a mini tour of the property. We were there ona cycling vacation and host offered to keep our bikes in the garage.

Wonderful time, would definitely book again. Offered a calm and peaceful hideaway from the bustle of Nice.

Pros: Seclusion from the main business of Nice, tucked away in the hills with a beautiful view. Self-sufficient, everything we needed. Super friendly owners who live just above so can answer any questions if needed. Close to bus stops to central and a 20 minute walk to the beach.

Cons: If you don’t plan on getting the bus, it is quite hilly and a bit out of the way - but this wasn’t a problem for us as we were happy to walk.

Pros: Loved the view from the window and Dominique was very friendly and helpful also carrying my bags as there are a few stairs to get to the studio

Superb accommodation with exceptional hosts; we would happily book this place again.

Pros: The owners are very kind, helpful, and really made us feel welcome. There is enough room for two and the location is quiet and peaceful, we quickly felt at home in the space. This place has everything you need, even a laundry machine that dries, so you can start a load and go out for the day returning to clean dry clothes! There is a grocery store about a 5 minute walk away that we found fresh fruit and delicious pastries for breakfasts. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Promenade and closer to 30m or 40m if you want to reach Old Nice by foot (which we happily did a few of our days here!).

Cons: This is such a minor negative and we considered not even including it however it might be useful for some. We had a rental car for part of our stay and while there is free street parking available on the roads near main entrance, they are narrow and on hills and it can be tricky to park a larger vehicle. A smaller car, public transit, or walking might be preferable! Why 9/10 rating? While we do love walking, any destination added 20 minutes on each end of our trip, so having it a little bit closer to Old Nice or the Promenade, and slightly easier parking, while still having all the other great attributes of the property would give this place a 10/10 for us. (Really, 9.5/10 is probably our true rating).
