Pros: La gentillesse de la propriétaire, disponibilité. Et en plus faire trampette dans la piscine est possible. Place de parking.

Ideal cerca del Estadio

Pros: Ubicacion cercana al estadio. Las vistas, el entorno muy tranquilo.... Habitación cómoda y calentita. Chantal, la dueña, muy atenta y amable con todo. Tiene parking y una hermosa terraza y una pequeña piscina que nos dejó utilizar! Ideal si lo que se quiere es estar cerca del estadio!

Cons: No era el caso, pero si la intencion principal es visitar niza queda un poco alejado... 5 minutos en coche más 40 minutos en tranvia. La decoración puede resultar un tanto cargante sobre todo para el que duerma en el sofa-cama. Pero las vistas y la ubicacion cerca del estadio lo compensan!

Séjour impeccable et hôte très sympathique.

Pros: Tout est disponible pour le quotidien dans le logement , et le point de vue est magnifique, l'endroit est calme de par sa situation à l'écart du centre ville. Commerces juste à côté et mer à proximité.

Cons: La climatisation a manqué avec les grosses chaleurs.

Exceptional host and great location. Just a little issue in a house construction.

Pros: The host was very generous to us and the whole family was really friendly. We felt ourselves like we came to our family member for a vacation. The location has a beautiful view and you can safely park your car inside. They also have an adorable German shepherd dog!

Cons: The biggest issues was bad air in the bedroom. It was very hot there at night but and we didn’t have a good sleep because of that. But! You can sleep also in a living room on the folding sofa.
