A relaxing location with easy access and lots of local facilities and restaurants.

Pros: The apartment is in a great location on the ground floor with access to the main strip through the patio doors - this made the whole holiday more relaxing for my wheelchair bound partner. The beach is more accessible from the car side, with a ramp leading onto the sand - again limiting the need to walk any great distance without the chair - this meant the possibility of swimming was greatly increased.

Cons: As with all of France the parking was greatly contested and finding a space once you had moved could mean waiting for up to an hour.

Pros: Location is very beautiful for the people who want to go to plage easily and enjoy the see. Also, we really liked this little neighborhood, the view in the daylight and cute streets/cafes in the evening. The place is really close to those.

Cons: The room was enough for 2 person but we had expected wider place just looking from the photos. Additionally, the iron was broken and there was no hair dryer, soap which were necessary for us.

Pros: Brilliant location for transport, shops and restaurants in Villefranche

Pros: The location and view from this apartment was amazing looking at the sunrise over Cap Ferrat whilst lying in bed. Excellent facilities including washer machine with plenty of washing powder and toiletries. The best place I have stayed in the South of France and excellent value for money. Very nice and helpful host. I will definitely be back.

Pros: the location is very well, the view is on the sea, near restaurants and cafes. The port is a 5-min.walk away, as well as the train station. A pleasant place to relax, quiet and offering comfort.

Pros: So close to the beach and great location, quiet in non summer time so not too disturbed being on ground floor

Cons: Could do with a refresh of the towels and bathroom a bit mouldy on top but still very good value and would come back again for sure

Les Pieds Dans La Mer offered beautiful beachfront views and easy access to the charming town of Villefranche-sur-Mer.

Pros: The property is well situated, well equipped, clean and enough space for 2 pax.

Cons: being on the ground floor with the road in front was not the best and also the entrance door making noise when the other residents used it. Despite these we would definitely come back again.

Super apartment in fantastic location.

Pros: Location. Facilities. Washing machine was great. Good powerful shower. Super apartment. Great cafe next door.

Cons: Air conditioning unit was dirty so we darent use it. No working batteries in the tv remote controls. No hanging for washing to dry. Only two hangers in wardrobe. Odd items left in the freezer. Communication after booking was nonexistent.
