Good apartment for Cap-Ferrat

Pros: Good and well equipped apartment. Nice balcony. Overall - good value for money. No problem with parking (September).

Cons: The closest beach is not maintained. I wouldn't even call it a beach (but you can find a spot and swim there - the water was nice). But there are other beaches - just further away.

Beautiful, peaceful place. We will return!

Pros: Beautiful peaceful setting, very well equipped with everything we could need and more little extras than almost any other rental we have had. Very spacious with a really wonderful outdoor patio.

Pros: The property is great, well located, and not to mention about the host :) Giovanni was extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure.

Pros: Location was good. Facilities were good. Well stocked apartment. Helpful concierge.

Cons: Some bits looked a little tired perhaps but it was generally all fine & clean.

Pros: Very peaceful location. Great view. Awesome balcony. Spacious apartment. Private beach was excellent. Very clean - great facilities - everything worked as it should. They had ice in the freezer! Coffee machine was great. Nice shower.

Cons: Parking was a bit of an issue, but not a major problem - limited spaces available, poor parking by other residents meant that some parking bays could not be used.

Pleasant stay

Pros: The apartment is very nice. I felt very comfortable and at home. The balcony and view are wonderful. The kitchen is full of dishes, salt, coffee, sugar, very convenient.

Cons: The mattress and the pillows were too hard.

Perfect location for a stay with lots of swimming, beautiful trips and evenings on the balcony

Pros: Wonderful apartment - amazing location just one minute away from the sea, very friendly hosts, beautiful balcony, lots of space and just the perfect spot to make trips to the surrounding villages!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans ce logement.

Pros: Très bon emplacement avec accès rapide à la mer, au sentier du littoral, à la gare de Beaulieu. Appartement très lumineux avec une terrasse très agréable. Facilité de parking sur place et gratuit.

Cons: Pas grand chose mais une rénovation de la cuisine serait un plus.

Pros: Qualité de l'accueil, disponibilité, facilité, ponctualité.

Appartamento con bella vista sul mare ed in posizione ottimale

Pros: Appartamento pulito con buone dotazioni ed elettrodomestici, in posizione strategica per raggiungere a piedi diverse spiagge e i due paesi vicini

Cons: L’appartamento non è climatizzato ed è esposto al sole. C’è un piccolo condizionatore ma estremamente insufficiente e molto rumoroso rendendolo inutilizzabile durante la notte. A parte il caldo tutto il resto è perfetto
