Ze Perfect Place - Confortable appartement 2 CHB - Asc - Port - Garibaldi

Pros: Big and well equipped apartment, good infrastructure and transport connection.

Cons: The street below the flat is very active and so quite noisy. Airconditioning work quite strange and woke us up several times at night with a noise.

Great location, very clean, safe and spacious

Pros: Great location. Good security. Spacious interior. Easy access. Very clean. Most of what you need.

Cons: Beds squeaky. Mattresses too soft/thin/uneven. Shower-head needs replacing. No microwave. Window shutters broken and letting early morning light into bedroom. 600 Euro deposit seems excessive and not mentioned before booking. Not refunded on same day as promised. Owner only responds if and when he wants.

Il soggiorno complessivamente è andato molto bene. Ci piacerebbe tornare.

Pros: L'appartamento completamente ristrutturato è grande con due camere da letto ideale per quattro persone. Ottima la posizione a due passi dal Porto Vecchio e da Piazza Garibaldi. L'arredamento è moderno e confortevole. L'Host molto disponibile.

Cons: L'edificio è piuttosto vecchio, le parti comuni non sono tenute molto bene. Le pareti andrebbero imbiancate per una questione di estetica e di igiene.

Acogedor y agradable, perfecto para un par de semanas

Pros: El departamento está muy bien en tamaño y distribución, la ubicación es fenomenal. Los muebles son modernos y hacen un ambiente confortable. El baño es pequeño pero cumple perfectamente en comodidad y limpieza.

Cons: Las camas son demasiado suaves para nosotros, pero hay gente que así duerme perfecto. Un tema ajeno al departamento es que tuvimos ruido de construcción por parte de los vecinos por las mañanas; estamos seguros fue solo mala suerte nuestra y no es permanente.

Pros: Превосходное месторасположение квартиры. Рядом порт и площадь Гарибальди, где все усеяно ресторанами. Хозяева очень приветливые и всегда на связи. Прислали инструкции по заселению и список рекомендуемых к посещению ресторанов. Метро рядом,очень удобно добираться от аэропорта. Отличный wi-fi.

Cons: Очень грязные полы. Пришлось перемывать самостоятельно. Слышно соседей, а они были шумные

Прекрасна квартира в Старому порту Ніци. Дуже зручна, чиста та комфортна

Pros: Прекрасна квартира - 2 просторі спальні.пральна машина та кавоварка. Прекрасна вітальня та відмінне місцерозташування- в серці старого порта. Меблі нові та гарні, і взагалі сучасний та комфортний інтерʼєр.

Cons: Потік чайник - ми прибрали воду, висушили прилад і вимкнули його з розетки.
