Stunning apartment in the Gold Square of Nice!

Pros: Great communication with the host and a fantastic central location

Cons: There’s quite a lot of noise from nearby construction / renovations and other apartments (neither of which can be managed by the host).

Pros: The location of the apartment was perfect. Close to the town centre a and sea front. The accommodation was spacious, well stocked and clean.

Cons: A very minor point but worth saying ......... since the apartment was clearly in an old building, the decor was a little jaded.

Pros: Very central location in Nice. Lovely restaurants within 5 minutes of the apartment. The landlord was very accommodating of an earlier check in. They also provided useful information regarding restaurant options. Overall, my friend and I had a wonderful time in Nice and would definitely recommend both Nice and this accommodation.

The apartments fully deserve their high rating, and their owner deserves the same rating, he is sympathetic and caring towards clients, as a rule, this is rare. The photos are realistic and true. Clean, comfortable, everything functions perfectly. The location is great. The price/quality ratio is more than fair. In general, I recommend it to everyone

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Nice

Pros: Amazing location, beautiful modern interior design, everything we needed was there - big rooms, well-equipped kitchen, convenient beds, good air condition, hot water, very kind host Amoury. The apartment is on the first floor. There are many shops and restaurants within 100 m of the building. The Massena squire is within a 5-minute walking distance as well as The Promenade des Anglais. Thanks for our wonderful journey in Cot d'Azur! We visited the amazing Nice Carnival and Fete du Citron in Menton, also Monaco, and Antibes. This apartment is perfect for 6 people. We were 5 with a little child.

Cons: Bad smell on the stairs because of the old building.
