A lovely apartment
Pros: Great location, with a lovely bakery next door and various other shops. The clean and very comfortable apartment had really good air conditioning, and we hugely appreciated the patience of the host when we arrived slightly late: it was also very kind of them to allow us to leave our suitcases at the apartment on the last day until 1pm (because our flight from Nice Airport was 4pm) even though 10am was the official time to leave.
Cons: These are definitely not big complaints but it would be good to have a shower mat for the floor in the shower as my wife slipped over. Also the noise from the street (and from some building work upstairs, perhaps?) was a bit of a disturbance. Finally, a sieve and oven gloves would be useful in the kitchen. However, none of these things prevented us from enjoying our stay in the lovely apartment

Spacious apartment, excellent location, perfect for bigger families and groups
Pros: It was rather spacious, no extra items, and the location was very good with opportunities to travel around and public parking. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants 1 minute walk or less.
Cons: It could be a bit more clean, in particular in spaces of not every day cleaning, e.g kitchen window and around. But otherwise all fine.

Comfortable stay in a good location with a friendly and helpful host.
Pros: 1. Good location with easy access to central Nice using public transport (tram). 2. Clean and spacious apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 persons. 3. Adequate facilities (eg kitchen utensils, crockery, washing machine) provided for a comfortable self-catering stay. 4. Friendly and helpful host, Fetene assisted us with all the information which we needed regarding our stay in Nice.
Cons: 1. Car parking not provided and public parking nearby the apartment was always full. Had to park our car quite a dissance away.

Pros: Appartement très bien placé dans Nice avec toutes les commodités à proximité : tram , commerces , cafés .
Cons: La puissance de la WIFI trop faible .

Uitstekend appartement op een goede locatie maar wel veel last van het geluid op straat
Pros: Het appartement is in één woord uitstekend. Van alle gemakken voorzien en ook in de zeer nabije buurt zit alles wat je nodig hebt: winkels, bakkers, restaurants, openbaar vervoer. Goede wifi.
Cons: Het enige minpunt is de herrie op straat. De tram gaat iedere 5 minuten voorbij maar daar wen je aan. Het lossen van goederen iedere werkdag om 5uur in de morgen is wel heel vervelend. Als dit er niet was geweest had dit appartement van ons een 10 gekregen!

Pros: This apartment is very clean and stocked, with many of the amenities you use on a daily basis. There's a washer, an iron with ironing board. It is fully furnished with bed linens and towels. If you would like to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate your needs. There's also a TV! Most of all, the owner was very kind and gracious, and I would recommend staying at this apartment. We're planning to come back, and hopefully, the apartment will be available for our stay when we return. It was very nice staying in an actual neighborhood, experiencing the local culture. There were many restaurants and shops, and public transportation has been very efficient in this city.
Cons: Having only one set of keys.

Pros: Paldies par apartamentiem! Pie tramvaja pieturas mūs sagaidīja un aizveda līdz apartamentiem. Tie bija ļoti plaši ar 3 guļamistabām, lielu viesistabu un virtuvi. Blakus apartamentiem ir tramvaja pietura, kas rada troksni, ja ir trausls miegs. Blakus ir arī pārtikas veikali. (1min. un 4min.). Ar kājām līdz jūrai lēnā gaitā apm. 30 min. Dzelzceļa stacija 15 min. Ja ceļo 6 un vairāk cilvēki, tad izdevīgi ir pirkt grupas biļeti. Ar vilcienu var izbraukāt visas Rivjēras pilsētas. Uz Ezi barucām ar 8 vietīgu Bolt taxi un izmaksāja 50,00Eur. Vilciena biļete apm 3,00 vienam cilvēkam 1 virziens.
