Cheap Apartment Option in Nice

Pros: - Good price for Nice in August, quiet location near amenities - Good location in the port, 25min walk from Nice Old Town, bus stop right outside connecting other towns - Good balcony for group

Cons: - Bathroom light didn’t work

Good value and quiet location in Nice

Pros: This was a great place to stay in Nice and good value. The location is slightly out of the center, but we knew this and ended up being glad we were staying near the marina, as it was nice to walk around. The kitchen, living areas and balcony were perfect for spending some time relaxing during our holiday. This place is well set up to keep cool during hot days in Nice.

Cons: It's a small thing - but the bed was unbelievably squeaky! I woke up any time my husband or I rolled over in the night.

Pros: Great location. Apartment is calme and comfortable. Perfect for 2 persons.

Cons: A bit far from the city center, but close to the sea and the beautiful beach La Reserve. Old building and infrastructure, but proper.

I'll definitely come back

Pros: The house Is very well kept. It has everything you might need. The balcony is very nice during spring/summer nights. The host is very responsive, precise and is ready to answer any questions. There is no parking, but it's possible to park right outside the house (or very close to it). The position is not central, but you can reach the old city in 10-15 minutes walking or even less by tram (tram stop is 5 minutes walking from the house). Near the house there is a very nice bar.

Cons: There was no soap, body soap nor shampoo. In our case it wasn't a problem, because we had them with us. The dish soap though is missing. The sofa bed is a bit broken and dusty, but you can easily put the mattress on the floor and sleep.

Pros: Super lokalizacja wszędzie blisko , właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna . Apartament jest bardzo przyjemny .

Cons: Jedyny minus to faktycznie kanapa nie jest zbyt wygodna

Pros: Нам очень понравилось расположение апартаментов. Прекрасная возможность прогуляться до центральной части Ниццы, а также пройтись пешком вдоль моря до Villefranche-sur-Mer. Сама квартира очень уютная и тихая с прекрасным видом. При возникающих вопросах, хозяйка всегда была на связи.

Pros: Lejligheden lå få hundrede meter fra havnen og hyggelige spisesteder. Stor rummelig lejlighed. Super service fra udlejer.

Pros: Appartement tranquille bien orienté avec vue sur jardin (pas trop au soleil) et calme.

Pros: Proche du centre, propre, la terrasse était très agréable, l’hôte était réactif et très sympathique pour toute question

Cons: Manqué du produit vaisselle ou pour les mains surtout lorsqu’on est présent pour un petit séjour ainsi que le canapé lit qui était un peu désagréable
